Makes 4 servings
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat both sides of chicken breasts in flour mixture and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown on each side and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan and serve with sides, such as Cheddar and Bacon Twice-Baked Potatoes.
