Makes 4 individual pizzas
4 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups tomato sauce
Optional toppings: pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, olives, sausage, etc.
- Heat a 10-inch skillet on medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil.
- Place a tortilla in heated skillet for 3 minutes, until one side is crisp and lightly browned, and then flip it.
- Cover unbrowned side with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and remove from pan. Let cool before eating. Enjoy!
